The staff at DFW Metroplex Bubble Ball can help you plan an event to be remembered for any type of celebration, whether it’s a child youth, teen, or adult birthday, bachelor / bachelorette party, soccer themed party, end of season party, church event, school function, field day, or any other type of activity you can imagine. Think of the fun you can have at a staff event, corporate event, team building activity, or charitable function.

Party Pricing

Price does not include the cost of the venue; however, our staff will be happy to help you identify a venue in your area. When booking your venue, please be sure to let them know we need access one hour prior to event start time to be set up and ready to play at scheduled event start time. We also need 30 minutes at the end of the event for breakdown. Also, price does not include the cost of a generator if electricity is not readily available, the generator usage fee is $50.

*Delivery is free within 35 miles of our headquarters in north Dallas, TX. A $40 delivery fee will be charged for events within the DFW Metroplex but outside 35 miles. Delivery fees for events outside the DFW Metroplex will be determined based on the location of the event venue. All participants are required to complete a waiver which can be done using the Online Waiver on this website.

How to Pay for your Event

A $150 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold the date of your event.  The remaining amount must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the start of the event.  We will send an invoice for both the deposit and remaining balance via email.  The invoice can be paid using a PayPal account or credit card.
